Early Bird Pregraduate student (MSc or BA):
Full 3 day participation: DKK. 3,690
Full participation – the price includes:
Registration fee 3 days (23.1. – 25.1. 2025) including break snacks (morning and afternoon) as well as lunch.
One day participation – the price includes:
Registration fee one day including break snacks (morning and afternoon) as well as lunch.
Social events:
Get together (Thursday): DKK 250
per person
The Grand Gala Dinner Party (Friday): DKK 750
per person
Hotel Accommodation
In connection with the Scandinavian Sports Medicine Congress, we are able to offer hotel accommodation at venue; the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen.
When you have registered for the congress and submitted your registration through the congress system, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
In this confirmation mail you will find a specific link for booking of hotel room during the congress.
The price for a standard hotel room at the venue is usually around: single room: DKK 1125, double room: DKK 1.225 if the room is booked through the our links.
Please note that the hotel rooms available will be sold on a “first come, first served basis”.

There has been known fraud attempts at other international conferences, where individuals have contacted announced speakers under the pretense of helping them book their accommodation and register for the conference.
